Project Overview
This comprehensive residential transformation centered on the excavation and installation of a 30×14 Latham pool along with a fully programmed outdoor living destination. New England Site Prep coordinated every aspect of the build — from structural excavation and concrete pours to utility tie-ins for gas and electrical service — to give the homeowner a custom backyard built for year-round entertaining.
Special attention was paid to integrating the new amenities with the property’s existing grade while managing extensive boulder fill uncovered during excavation. The finished space now provides a seamless flow between the pool deck, outdoor kitchen, firepit lounge, and covered pavilion.
Design & Visualization
Our in-house design team delivered complimentary 3D concepts and CAD layouts within three days of the initial consultation. These visuals allowed the client to fine-tune material selections, stepping stone patterns, and bar dimensions before construction began, ensuring the final build matched their vision.
